BOOKING POLICIES

COSTS

I will typically flat rate smaller tattoos based on my near-decade experience in the industry. This way, we're both happy with the price before we get started. I will offer day-rates and hourly rates for session work on larger pieces too.

HOURLY: $175

Good for large scale projects being completed in smaller sessions. Not as much time under the machine, flexible scheduling, less skin trauma.

DAY RATE: $1000

Up to 6 hours of tattooing. This includes two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break. Your piece will have my full attention for the day. No distractions, no clock-watching, just straight up flat rate price for large scale sessions. A comfortable pace for artist and client. â€‹

PAYING A DEPOSIT

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. You're paying for an artist's time and taking a spot on our books which could go to another inquiring client.

DEPOSIT AMOUNTS

The amount due for your deposit depends on the scope of the project and the amount of time I would be booking you.

$80: 1-2 hours

$160: 3-4 hours

$240: 5+ hours

USING YOUR DEPOSIT

Deposits are not an extra charge or booking fee; they act as a down payment. You can use your deposit at any time, but doing so will require a new deposit for your next session. For large-scale pieces, I usually recommend using the deposit once we finish the entire piece for efficiency. However, you can also use a portion of your deposit for a session if needed.

SHORT NOTICE CANCELATIONS

Life happens, right? I understand that things can come up that prevent you from making it to your appointment. All that I ask is to be given adequate time to work with you. It is required for all reschedules and cancelations to give at least a 48 hour notice. Failing to give a 48 hour notice will forfeit your deposit and you will be required to pay another to book back in.

Emergency events are looked at with discretion on this policy. I do have a heart, but I also have bills to pay myself.

RESCHEDULES

So long as you give me, or the studio, a 48+ hour notice that you won't be able to make your appointment, all is well. Your deposit will be safe and ready to use for your next appointment. However, rescheduling more than twice will automatically forfeit your deposit and you will be required to pay a new one to get booked in. If you cancel without working out a new date with me, and 6 months lapse without communication, I will assume you've decided not to move forward on your project and your deposit will be forfeit.

DESIGN CHANGES

Small changes to your design to make it more personable for you are entirely acceptable. I want you to wear a tattoo that you love. However, if you want the design to be completely reworked in a way that would require more than a half hour of editing, this will lead to a reschedule and a portion of, or your entire deposit, being subject to forfeit. It's not a punishment for speaking up or changing your mind, it's only to ensure that I get paid for the drafting work that I had done for you up to that point and that I get paid for the work we will do during the tattoo application.

SKIN CONDITIONS

If you have an eczema flare up, get sunburnt, poison ivy, or anything like that within two weeks before your appointment, please let me know immediately. We may need to reschedule to give your skin adequate time to heal before we damage it further with needles. If you show up to an appointment with any skin condition that prevents us from tattooing, a portion of, or your entire deposit, will be forfeit.
